Responsibilities:
- Business Development Mastery: Lead in identifying lucrative opportunities and providing financial solutions to drive group performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management Excellence: Identify client needs and align them with Optimus Bank’s suite of products and services to drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the sales plan effectively.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional groups to monitor the sales pipeline, manage KPIs, and conduct credit appraisals, contributing significantly to the success of the Commercial Banking Group.
