Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Details

  • Who will act as a liaison, provide product / services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might encounter.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Create a customer care database with information on all returning customers

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a minimum of OND qualification
  • Must have at least two years of industrial experience

N50,000 / Month
